About

Hello, I’m glad you’re here.

Not long ago, I sat at my desk on what felt like an ordinary Tuesday morning — and realized that retirement was no longer some distant idea. It was right around the corner.

And honestly? I didn’t know how I felt about that.

For decades, my identity had been tied to my work. My schedule, my purpose, my reason to get up in the morning — all of it was connected to what I did for a living. And now, all of that was about to change.

At the same time, the world around me felt like it was accelerating. AI, new technology, social media — everywhere I looked, things were moving faster than I could follow. I remember watching a news story about artificial intelligence and thinking, “I don’t even know what that is. Am I already being left behind?”

I’m a person who speaks four languages — Korean, English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I’ve lived across different cultures, seen a lot of the world, and always believed that staying curious keeps you young. But even I felt lost for a moment.

So I started writing.

Not because I have all the answers. I really don’t. But because I believe that the questions we carry in our 60s — Who am I now? What really matters? How do I stay healthy, connected, and alive in every sense of the word? — are worth exploring out loud, together.

What you’ll find here

This blog, EverVibrant6070, is a honest, warm space for people navigating life in their 60s and beyond. I write about health and habits, relationships and family, money and meaning, technology and travel, and the quiet art of figuring out who you want to become in this next chapter.

Some posts will be practical. Some will be personal. All of them will be real.

I’m not here to tell you how to have a perfect retirement. I’m here because I’m on the same road — and it’s a better road when we walk it together.

A note on where this blog is headed

This blog is currently written in English, but my plan is to expand into Korean, Spanish, and Portuguese — because the wisdom and questions of people in their 60s aren’t limited to one country or one culture. That’s coming soon. Stay tuned!

Let’s keep going — together.

Drop a comment. Share your story. Tell me what’s on your mind. This is your space as much as it is mine.
